In order to participate in any activities for the 2019-20 school year (this includes open runs, practices, etc.), students must have a current physical on file and the online activities packet filled out. Below is the SFSD Physical Form as well as the instructions for completing the online activities packet. Any questions can be directed to the activities office at Roosevelt.

OPEN RUNNING FOR THE 2019 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON STARTS ON JUNE 10TH AT 7:30 A.M. AT THE RHS TRACK. THE GROUP WILL GET TOGETHER MONDAY-THURSDAY FROM 7:30-9:00 A.M. ATHLETES MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL ON FILE AS WELL AS THE ONLINE REGISTRATION COMPLETED BEFORE PARTICIPATING. THOSE ARE BOTH FOUND ABOVE.
